Here is a very handy download for your desk top. You can download post its through this site....you can jot down handy notes for each day...and when you have finished with them ...you left click little box in the left hand corner...go down to the bottom and trash note.

Welshcake Lemoncello has done a little blog about her latest find at the greengrocers, I have found a little site that gives a full explanation of this tomato....the cuore di bue....Hope they are as tasty as they say.
Great Britains Menu for American Culinary Classic
The team arrived back from the American Culinary Classic on Thursday, and can be very proud of themselves. They achieved 4 Silvers and came 6th overall, out of 12 countries. Well done to you all.

American Culinary Classic
My eldest son, along with 6 other chefs, has been chosen to represent Great Britain, in the 2007 American Culinary Classic, recognized as one of the premier world culinary competitions.
It will be held in conjunction with the Western Hemisphere’s largest foodservice and hospitality industry event, National Restaurant Association Restaurant Hotel-Motel Show, May 19-22 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
He has been a chef in Royal Air Force for the 14 years, and last year took part in the The Combined Services Culinary Challenge, where he won a gold medal, for his Platters.
